- 3 Bananas from Guadeloupe & Martinique
- 7 cl liquid cream
- 250 g speculoos
- 15 g melted butter
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
- 150 g of milk jam
- Dark chocolate chips
1 – Start by mixing speculoos, do not reduce them into powder, it’s better when there are crumbles! Melt the butter and add it to the speculoos, mix well and garnish in the bottom of the jars. Then store the jar glasses in the refrigerator.
2 – During this time, whip up the liquid cream with the vanilla sugar into a firm whipped. Add mascarpone and icing sugar.
3 – Then cut the bananas into slices, and put them on the biscuits. Then pour two generous teaspoons of milk jam onto the bananas.
4 – Finally cover with the whipped cream mixed to mascarpone and add some dark chocolate chips. Keep them in the fridge to cool.
