- 1 salad bowl
- 1 stove
- 2 Bananas from Guadeloupe & Martinique
- 5 chicken breasts
- 10 cl of heavy cream
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 2 lime
- 2 tablespoons curry
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
1 – Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and put them in a salad bowl. Add the curry, the lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
2 – Peel and chop garlic and onion. Heat the olive oil in a stove. Brown the onions and garlic, then add the chicken and cream.
3 – Let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4 – Meanwhile, peel and cut the bananas into thick slices. Put some lemon juice on them so they do not darken. Then add the cut bananas to the stove and let it simmer for another 10 min.
5 – Pour everything into a dish with rice.
