Banana Crumb Cake

Difficulté : Facile – Préparation : 20 min – Cuisson : 25 min

Material :

  • 1 oven
  • 1 mold
  • 1 salad bowl
  • 1 stove

Ingredients :

  • Bananas from Guadeloupe & Martinique
  • Apples
  • 100 g of flour
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 130 g of butter
  • 30 g grated coconut
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 4 tablespoons raisins

 

Preparation :

1 – Preheat oven at 180 ° Celsius. Put the grapes in a bowl with the rum.

2 – In a salad bowl, pour the flour and 30g of sugar and add 100g of soft butter without kneading the dough too much, to obtain a coarse sand texture. Add a little flour if necessar.

3- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Peel the apples and detail them into cubes.

4 –  Melt 30g of butter in a pan and fry the apples for 3 to 4 minutes, turning them over with 20g of sugar. Let them lightly caramelize.

5 – Butter 4 small ramekins. Spread apples and banana slices and finally rum raisins. Cover with the previously prepared dough and add the coconut.

6 – Bake for about 25 minutes, until the crumble is crisp.

Enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream!
